Migrations dates
Check your emails for your exact migration date, as the switch dates are different for some customers. If you have any questions, reach out to your account manager.
- If you use TravelPerk only: Your account will move to Perk between November 5-20, 2025.
- If you use both TravelPerk and Yokoy: Your account will start migration to Perk in early 2026
- If you use Yokoy only: Your account will start migration to Perk in early 2026.
Tip: We’ll be in touch well ahead of your migration date to let you know what’s happening, what’s changing (if anything), and share any new updates.
Logging in to Perk
For current TravelPerk customers:
- Until you migrate to Perk, log in as normal at app.travelperk.com. Check your emails to see your specific date to move to Perk.
- Once your account has migrated:
- You can log in at app.perk.com or perk.com.
- Until December 1, you can still log in at app.travelperk.com.
- From December 1, you can only log in at app.perk.com. If you land on app.travelperk.com, you’ll be automatically redirected.
For current Yokoy customers
- Until you migrate to Perk, log in as normal at app.yokoy.ai.
- If you usually log in using the yokoy.io website, then you will be automatically redirected to Perk.com. From there, just click the link to return to app.yokoy.ai to sign in as normal.
What you need to do
Ensure you have downloaded the latest version of the mobile app (iOS, Android), so that everything works smoothly. Your data and trips will be unaffected.
What is changing?
- You and your team will continue to have access to all the same features you had before, just with a refreshed look and smoother navigation.
- Our website and app are becoming Perk.
- You’ll see that our navigation has become more intuitive, and user profiles are easier to navigate.
- You’ll have also heard about some exciting product changes in recent emails:
- Cost centers becoming Cost Objects - Information sent on 29 October.
- People settings - assign multiple roles - Roles and Permissions on Perk.
TravelPerk to Perk
We’ve made some minor changes, but none that will impact the way you currently use TravelPerk.
Some things you might notice:
- We’ve relocated the top navigation bar to the left-hand side for a cleaner look and smoother experience.
- Cost Centers are becoming Cost Objects, with the same data you use today, but easier to manage across your company.
- Profiles are getting a fresh look, with clear tabs to help you navigate quickly.
BEFORE - TravelPerk
AFTER - Perk
Yokoy to Perk
Your Yokoy account will officially switch to Perk in early 2026. Until then, you can expect no changes as you will continue to use the Yokoy app.
Nearer the time, we’ll share updates and further details on what to expect with regard to navigation or experience.
Emails from TravelPerk or Yokoy
You’ll still receive the same types of emails you are signed up to receive, including booking confirmations and product updates. Once your account migrates to Perk, these emails will then come from @perk.com. Until then, they’ll continue to come from @travelperk.com or @yokoy.ai.
If you currently use Yokoy, you will continue to receive all notifications from @yokoy.ai until you migrate to Perk in early 2026.
From November 5, all marketing emails, including product newsletters and event invitations, will come from @perk.com instead of @travelperk.com or @yokoy.ai.
Make sure to check with your tech team to see if we need to be added to any lists, to avoid emails landing in spam.
Changes to the Events platform
The new Events platform will be available when you switch to Perk. As an exclusive preview to our existing customers, you can start booking on our new all-in-one group and event management software.
What’s changing: If you previously enjoyed using our Events tab, the new Flock product, or working with our MICE team, you’ll love events on Perk. It consolidates all three into one simple software.
- If you’re one of our many recurring group travel customers, you can continue booking all your group travel and events with your “Event specialist”. You will now have this centralized platform to plan and visualize all your group travel and events, as well as manage the communication before, during, and after your event.
- Reach out to your account manager for the latest, simplified pricing.
- If you’ve never booked group travel with us before: Navigate to the Events page and start planning and booking your next event today! For groups of 9+, reach out to your account manager for an exclusive preview of the new pricing.
- For more information, see Book group travel and events on Perk and Create and manage events on Perk.
Support
Reporting bugs
If you notice anything that doesn’t look right or encounter any issues, reach out to the Customer Care team, and they’ll be happy to help.
Customer support
You will receive the same 24/7 support for all your travel needs. For customer support across spend features, support times will remain aligned with your existing contract.
Languages available in Perk
Perk will be available in English, German, Spanish, French, and Italian.
Note: Customer support is currently available in English, German, Spanish, and French.
For account admins
Impact on terms and payments
As part of becoming Perk, we’re changing our legal entity names and bank account names.
No action is needed, and your contract with us will remain in full force and effect. But you can expect that new contracts, invoices, and statements will show Perk instead of TravelPerk.
For bank transfer customers, you will soon have to update the payment details to ensure that your payments are unaffected. You will receive an email about this in the next few weeks with exact steps and timelines. No action is needed for now.
If you pay with direct debit or credit card, nothing changes except that you will now see Perk on your statements.
Note: Your current pricing and contracted services will stay exactly the same.
Yokoy Cards changing to Perk Cards
Yokoy cards will be reissued with the Perk branding in 2026. Until then, if you currently use a Yokoy card, you can continue to use your existing card as usual.
Communicating the change to your team
We have shared all relevant information with your team by email, on November 4, including FAQs specifically designed for them. They will also be notified when the switch to Perk takes place.
We’ll take care of everything in the background so that you and your teams can carry on as normal. The only difference your teams will notice is a refreshed Perk look and a new navigation.
We will let them know:
- What to expect from the updated experience and look and feel.
- What the login journey will look like before and after switching to Perk.
- Reminder to update their app.
- That all their booking details and data will carry across into Perk automatically.
For Yokoy customers, before your account migration to Perk in early 2026, we’ll let your team know that if they already use the Yokoy Premium Debit Cards, there will be no immediate change. Cards with the new Perk branding will be issued in 2026.
Existing integrations
Your existing integrations will not be affected. For both TravelPerk and Yokoy users, your data, bookings, workflows, travel tools, and existing integrations will all continue to work as they do today, unchanged. There are no actions required.
Important information for your IT team
-
Ensure the name change won’t affect our communications.
- Once your account switches to perk.com, all operational emails like booking confirmations, check-in confirmations, and expense tasks will come from @perk.com instead of @travelperk.com or yokoy.com.
- For example, as a Yokoy customer, your operational emails will continue to come from yokoy.ai until you migrate in early 2026.
- If your company has TravelPerk or Yokoy on an ‘allow list’, make sure this is updated to Perk so that your booking confirmations, emails from your account manager, and updates don’t land in spam.
- Marketing communications will also come from @perk.com.
- Check that internal security settings won’t impact access. Some companies use an ‘allow list’ to block access to unknown websites. If this is the case, make sure your tech team has added Perk.com so that you don’t lose access.
