Create a landing page for event participants

You can create the event landing page from Build event page. The event landing page comes with some predefined sections:

  • About the event
  • Location and directions
  • Participant registration
  • Bookings

You can reorder the sections and choose which ones you want to display to participants. You can edit all information as required, changing the title, subtitle, and content to whatever you want. To add a new section, click Add section at the bottom of the page.

Here you can add:

  • Text: a text area for adding information
  • Location: displayed as a map
  • Questions: this lets you choose from different surveys you set up in the Participants section
  • Activities: this creates a section for participants to assign themselves to activities and then see what they selected
  • Travel bookings: Participants can see their bookings and if you turn on All participants can see all individual bookings made for the event, the participants see the bookings their colleagues made
  • Image: static image

Click Preview event to see what the landing page looks like to event participants.
