Answering the survey questions

After confirming your attendance to the event, if the event manager has set up any survey questions, you may see some questions to answer to get ready for the event. Click Start now to respond.

After completing the survey, you can see the questions and answers you submitted. You can change your answers until the event manager locks the event as it gets closer to the start date.

Choosing sessions for an event

The event manager may have set up a series of activities as part of the agenda of the event. After confirming your attendance, you may be able to choose which activities you want to attend by clicking Build your agenda. After choosing your sessions, you can see a chronological view of your agenda on the event page.

Alternatively, the event manager may have set up an agenda that all participants will attend. In this case, you don’t need to do anything. Your agenda is displayed on the event page.

Adding your travel arrangements to an event

You can add travel arrangements to your event by:

  • Start a new booking from the section by clicking + Start new booking
  • Add existing bookings by using the pencil buttons from the Getting to the event and Getting back from the event section

Note: If you cannot find these options, it means the event manager has not added a section for bookings in the landing page. If so, please reach out to your event manager and get them to add the booking section to the event page.

You may or may not be able to see other participants’ travel arrangements. This depends on how the event manager has set up the event page.
