The Invoice Collection Report lets you review and export data for reconciliation, VAT breakdowns, and operational follow-ups. From the report, you can download:
- The entire report (the data currently shown across both tables).
- A single table (for example, Billing statements or Hotel invoices).
You can download the data in common formats such as CSV, Excel, or PDF.
Plans: Your account must be subscribed to Perk's invoice collection service to schedule the report. If you don't see it, check with your account admin or Account Manager about accessing this service.
Before you start
- You must have access to Travel reporting and permission to view the Invoice Collection report (for example, company admins and any additional roles enabled for your account).
- Downloads export the data as it appears at the moment you download, including any filters you've applied.
Download the full report
- Go to Analyze > Travel reporting > Invoice Collection Report.
- (Optional) Apply filters (for example, Invoice date, Cost object, or Company name).
- Click the dashboard actions button (three dots) and select Download.
- On the Download Invoice Collection overlay, select a format (CSV, Excel, PDF, etc.) and select Download.
- Your browser downloads a ZIP file with two files: Billing statements and Hotel invoices.
Download a single table
You can export a specific table if you only need part of the report.
- In Reporting, open the Invoice Collection report.
- Scroll to the table you want to export (for example, Billing statements or Hotel invoices).
- (Optional) Apply filters.
- Hover over the table header, click the table actions button (three dots), and select Download data.
- On the Download overlay, you can:
- Select the download format (like CSV, Excel, PDF, etc.).
- Customize the download further by opening Advanced options and choosing which results, data values, or number of rows to include.
- Select Download.
