Download a custom report

Only admins, analysts and users explicitly named as an approver on at least one travel approval process can perform this task.
Approver access to custom reports requires a Premium and Pro plan. 

To download a custom report:

  1. Go to Analyze > Travel reporting in Perk.
  2. Open custom reports from Travel reporting.
  3. Apply the filters you want, such as date range, service type, cost center, or trip status.
  4. Select the columns you want to include from the available static and dynamic columns.
  5. Choose the file format—CSV or Excel.
  6. Generate the export and download the file when it's ready.

The export reflects the filters and columns you selected. If you want a different view, run the custom report again with a new selection.

Note: The data included in your download depends on your access level. Admins and analysts see all trip data across the account. Approvers see only the trips they personally approved or declined.
