Use this article when your Perk account has at least one company (legal entity) set up and you want travelers in a company to follow the right travel approval processes without assigning every user manually.
Checking prerequisites
Travel approval processes in Perk can be assigned to individual people, companies, or the whole account. Before you assign a company, make sure your account has at least one company set up in Perk.
Assigning a company when you create or edit a process
Before you start, decide which company (or companies) you want this approval process to apply to. Then, follow these steps to add it to the approval process:
- Go to Settings > Travel management > Travel approval processes.
- Select an existing approval process, or select Add approval process to create one.
- In Who is the approval process for?, open the search field.
- Search for the company you want and select it from the Companies section.
- To add more members to the same process, search for and select them.
- Confirm every company and traveler appears in the member list, then save your changes.
Perk applies the approval process to every active user who belongs to each assigned company. You do not need to add those users one by one. To link the same company to a different approval process, repeat these steps on that other process.
