To help you choose the right accommodation faster, we display labels on hotel listings. On the hotel listing page, search for a hotel and check the top-left corner of the hotel image to see its label.
Hotels can qualify for multiple labels. To keep things clear, each hotel shows only one label, based on a predefined priority order.
Understanding label priority
Each hotel is assigned one label, if applicable, based on the following priority order:
- Previously booked — Hotels you booked before.
- Company favourite — Properties your company prefers.
- Corporate rates — Rates negotiated by your company.
- Government rates — Special rates for government travel.
- Mobile rates — Discounts for booking on a mobile device.
- Perk rates — Standard Perk-negotiated discounts.
Note: If a hotel qualifies for multiple labels, you will only see the highest-priority one from our pre-defined list.
