How hotel labels work

To help you choose the right accommodation faster, we display labels on hotel listings. On the hotel listing page, search for a hotel and check the top-left corner of the hotel image to see its label.

Hotels can qualify for multiple labels. To keep things clear, each hotel shows only one label, based on a predefined priority order.

Understanding label priority

Each hotel is assigned one label, if applicable, based on the following priority order:

  1. Previously booked — Hotels you booked before.
  2. Company favourite — Properties your company prefers.
  3. Corporate rates — Rates negotiated by your company.
  4. Government rates — Special rates for government travel.
  5. Mobile rates — Discounts for booking on a mobile device.
  6. Perk rates — Standard Perk-negotiated discounts.

Note: If a hotel qualifies for multiple labels, you will only see the highest-priority one from our pre-defined list.
