The Invoice Collection Service lets you control the countries where Perk collects hotel invoices on your behalf in your account. Use this article to choose which countries you want to collect the invoice and understand how changes take effect.
How collectable countries work
Collectable countries are the countries where Perk attempts to collect hotel invoices on your behalf. This is separate from where your travelers can book hotels.
The full list of supported collectable countries is maintained by Perk. You can select any country from that list, but you can't add countries outside it.
If a stay falls outside your selected countries, Perk won't try to collect the invoice on your behalf. Your travelers or finance team will need to request the invoice directly from the hotel.
If you're an existing Invoice Collection Service customer, all supported countries are selected by default. You don't need to change anything unless you want to narrow the scope of the collection.
Updating your collectable countries
To restrict the countries Perk collects invoices for:
- Go to Settings > Account > Add-ons.
- Open the Invoice Collection Service card.
- Review the list of supported collectable countries — all countries are pre-selected by default.
- Select or unselect countries to change.
- Select Save to apply the changes.
What to expect after saving
Changes to your collectable countries apply to new bookings from the date you save. Invoices already being collected are not affected.
