Perk Events helps you find and book the right hotel for your event faster, without manually researching each property yourself. Use this article to learn how Perk's artificial intelligence (AI), scores hotel suggestions, where to find them, and how to shortlist hotels during checkout.

How AI-scored hotel suggestions work
Perk Events ranks and scores hotels for your event based on your event’s details, pulling from multiple sources to build a ranked list of hotels that fit your event’s location, dates, and group size.
The quality of these suggestions depends on the quality of the underlying hotel data. A hotel with complete, accurate information, such as up-to-date photos, a full list of amenities, and an accurate description, is more likely to be scored well and surfaced as a strong match. Hotels with missing or outdated information may rank lower or be left out of your suggestions, even if they’d otherwise be a good fit.
Suggestions stream in as they’re scored, rather than making you wait for a complete list before you see any results. As Perk Events scores hotels, you’ll see suggestions appear and update in real time. This means you don’t need to run a fresh search every time you want to check for new or better matches. The same set of results also carries over between related screens, so your suggestions stay consistent as you move from your event dashboard into checkout.
Improving suggestions when data is incomplete
Suggestion quality in Perk Events depends directly on how complete each hotel’s profile is in Perk’s inventory. If a hotel’s photos, amenities, or description are missing or look wrong, it may be scored lower or missing from your suggested stays and AI shortlist, even when it would otherwise suit your event.
If you notice a hotel’s information looks incorrect or incomplete, flag it to your meetings, incentives, conferences, and exhibitions (MICE) specialist — so it can be reviewed and corrected in Perk’s inventory. Correcting the underlying hotel data helps improve suggestions for your current event and for future events.
