Financial reviewers can perform this task.
If a receipt covers multiple transactions, they can easily be combined to one transaction. For example, a hotel booking that was paid partially up-front and the remainder during checkout, but only one receipt for the entire booking is available.
To combine transactions:
- Got to Finance > Review > Card transactions, Transactions tab.
- Choose the transactions you want to combine by ticking the checkbox next to the transactions.
- Click Combine to combine the transactions into one transaction.
Tip: To reverse this action, split the combined transactions from each other. Further, you can use the Expense Matcher to match multiple transactions with one expense.
