Combine multiple card transactions into a single transaction

Financial reviewers can perform this task.

If a receipt covers multiple transactions, they can easily be combined to one transaction. For example, a hotel booking that was paid partially up-front and the remainder during checkout, but only one receipt for the entire booking is available.

To combine transactions: 

  1. Got to Finance > Review > Card transactions, Transactions tab.
  2. Choose the transactions you want to combine by ticking the checkbox next to the transactions. 
  3. Click Combine to combine the transactions into one transaction.
 

Tip: To reverse this action, split the combined transactions from each other. Further, you can use the Expense Matcher to match multiple transactions with one expense.
