Account
Your account is your central entity on Perk. You can customize your account name and set up multiple companies within it, each with different Perk products enabled. Product access is configured upon request.
Settings and features such as travel policies, approval processes, cost objects, custom fields, and integrations are managed on an account level.
Companies
Create a separate company profile for each of your legal entities. This will help you to ensure accurate invoicing and people management for each legal entity.
While you can add unlimited companies to your account, employees may only be assigned to one at a time. All invoices will be billed to the specific company where the employee is currently assigned.

Payment profiles
Payment profiles manage how your company pays for services and expenses. They define payment methods, billing schedules, currencies, and invoicing preferences.
- Company assignment: A company can have multiple payment profiles, but each profile is unique to one company.
- Employee access: Profiles are only available to employees assigned to that company. You can assign an employee to multiple payment profiles. Account admins have access to all payment profiles within their company.
- Personal profiles: Employees can add personal credit or debit cards for private expenses. These profiles are private and only visible to the individual employee.
- Granular control: You can grant profile access to the entire company or restrict it to specific individuals.
Here is an example of an account with four companies and several payment profiles.
