Invoices, billing, and reconciliation

When you book a rental car on Perk, we’ll invoice your company  for:

  • The base rental cost.
  • Any taxes.
  • Included insurance and prepaid extras.

After you return the car, we’ll invoice your company for:

  • Added extras like rental extensions, upgrades, fuel charges, or additional insurance.

Once we receive the final invoice from the rental car company, we’ll compare the final invoice amount with the amount paid in advance and charge you for the difference.

At the end of each billing cycle, you’ll receive an email summarizing any additional charges with details of the price difference and charge dates, including:

  • Trip ID and confirmation number.
  • Driver’s name.
  • Pick-up and drop-off locations.
  • Currency.
  • Price reconciliation.
  • Dates.

For a full breakdown of the charges, the driver must request an invoice when they drop off the car or contact the rental company directly.

Note: Due to legal requirements, in some countries, the driver may still need to pay for some costs, such as vehicle damage or fines.
