Make a medical or baggage insurance inquiry or claim

You must submit and manage all medical and baggage insurance inquiries, claims, and complaints directly with Battleface.

Perk can’t support these requests on your behalf as they generally involve sensitive personal information, and we are not trained insurance professionals.   

Perk can only manage the following requests for medical and baggage insurance:

  • Cancellation of insurance.
  • If the airline cancels or changes your flight.

For all other inquiries, you’ll need to contact Battleface directly.  

If you book your trip on the same day you’re traveling, you can’t make a claim for 24 hours. But you’ll still be covered on the day. 

Robin Assist

Robin Assist is part of Battleface, and they provide 24/7 customer service, claims, emergency travel, and medical assistance. They can help arrange emergency medical evacuation, find doctors worldwide, and make other emergency arrangements.

Make a claim

  1. Go to the Trips page.
  2. Select the trip you want to make a claim for.
  3. Click Make a claim.
  4. You’ll be redirected to the Battleface claim management platform.
  5. Make sure to add as much information as possible and any relevant receipts or proof of payment.
