Manage medical and baggage insurance for your company

Only account admins can perform this task.

There are two options for medical and baggage insurance at Perk:

  • Yearly plan - Yearly coverage for all eligible trips. This is only available to companies headquartered in the European Union (EU) or the United Kingdom (UK). You'll recieve a quote from our provider Battleface. 
     
  • Per-trip - Employees with residency in the UK, Germany, France, the Netherlands, Portugal, Italy, Austria, Belgium, Ireland, and Switzerland can add medical and baggage insurance to eligible trips and pay for it per trip. For more information, see Add medical and baggage insurance to a trip.

Manage medical and baggage insurance for your company

  1. Go to Settings > Account > Add-ons.
  2. Under Medical and baggage insurance, click Manage. 


     
  3. Select the Yearly plan or Per-trip option and click Learn more or Manage insurance. 

Note: The Yearly plan is only available to companies headquartered in the EU or the UK.

  1. Click Learn more.
  2. Select if your company headquarters is based in the European Union or United Kigndom.
  3. You are provided with information about the insurance package and our provider Battleface's contacts for any questions. To continue, click Go to battleface website.


     
  4. On the Battleface website, click Get quote and buy today.


     
  5. Enter all of the required information and you'll be provided with a quote. 
  1. Click Manage insurance.
  2. For more information, click Learn more or see Add medical and baggage insurance to a trip.
