Using the Perk app

The Perk app is free and helps you plan and manage your travel from your mobile device.

On the Perk app, you can:

Search for and book trips for yourself.
Access all your trip information in one place, including mobile tickets, booking references, and confirmations.
Change trips
Cancel trips.
Approve trips.
Get check-in instructions and payment information for hotels and apartments.
Get directions to hotels and car rental offices.
Find links to check in to your flights.
Edit your personal details, travel documents, loyalty programs, discounts and preferences.
Get help with a trip - contact our 24/7 Customer Care team with just one tap.

Spend

Create, edit, delete expenses.
Check the status of expenses.
Check expenses exported for payment.
View card details, limits, balances, and PIN.
Activate, freeze and unfreeze cards.
View processed and pending transactions.
Match transactions to expenses.
Create, edit, copy and add expenses.
Approve uploaded invoices.
Update addresses.
Assign delegates to submit on your behalf.

To get the Perk app, follow the instructions on Download the Perk app and Sign in to the Perk app.
