Only available for Premium and Pro accounts.
Here are a few things you need to know before adding FlexiTravel to your trip:
- You can add FlexiTravel to individual flights (FlexiFlight) or the entire trip (FlexiTravel trips) for a variable fee, averaging 20% for each trip.
- FlexiTravel can only be added to trips with a maximum of eight people.
- Approvers can add or remove FlexiTravel when approving or declining the trip payment.
- FlexiTravel can’t be added to trips booked manually by our Customer Care team.
You can add FlexiTravel to all trips, whether booked by you on the platform or manually by our team, with FlexiTravel Company. For more information, see Add FlexiTravel to all trips.
Adding FlexiTravel to a trip
For FlexiFlight, select the FlexiFlight option when making your booking:

Troubleshooting FlexiTravel
Use this table if you're having trouble adding or managing FlexiTravel:

|---|---|
| FlexiTravel is not showing as an option at checkout | FlexiTravel is only available on Premium and Pro plans and for trips with up to 8 travelers. |
| You want to add FlexiTravel to a booking that's already confirmed | FlexiTravel can only be added before the booking is confirmed. |
| An approver wants to add or remove FlexiTravel during approval | FlexiTravel is only available to approvers when it's turned on for the company linked to the selected payment profile. |
