If you notice suspicious activity on your Perk Card account, flag it as soon as possible and freeze the cards to prevent any further unauthorized transactions.
Cardholders can freeze their cards themselves on the Perk website or app. They also need to report the activity to the Card admin, so that you can report it to Perk.
Caution: You have up to 120 days from the transaction date to dispute a transaction. This is why it’s important that you report it as soon as possible.
Reporting fraudulent transactions to Perk
Make sure the card is frozen before you report the activity. To flag any unauthorized activity on your card account, contact our Customer Care team.
A ticket is created for Perk’s Card Fraud Risk team to review. If an unauthorized transaction is deemed to have taken place, the Perk fraud investigator will terminate the card and provide a transaction dispute form.
You need to fill in, sign, and return the provided dispute form. Perk’s Card Fraud Risk team will file a dispute with the card network in an attempt to recoup the funds.
