Change the PIN in your Perk Card

Perk Card cardholders can perform this task.

You can change your PIN at any time in Perk:

  • Make sure to set your PIN to a number you can remember.
  • Avoid using a PIN that can be easily guessed.
  • Never share your PIN with anyone else.

Note: This applies to physical cards only as virtual cards don‘t have a PIN.

To change your PIN, go to Cards and select your card in the Company card dropdown list. Once you see your card displayed on screen, you‘ll find the card actions displayed on the right. In the mobile app, tap the Cards icon and select your card.

 

Click Security and PIN to set a new PIN for your card. Follow the instructions on the screen to set a new number. Your PIN must be 4 digits-long. The number you set is automatically refused if it is easily guessable (i.e. 1234).

Additionally, to make your Perk Card work offline (i.e. in POS terminals without an active internet connection), you‘ll need to activate your card and new PIN in an ATM by checking the account balance or making a cash withdrawal (if allowed for your card). Once you‘ve done this, your new PIN will be fully updated.
