You can download collected hotel invoices or check the collection status directly on Perk. The collection process begins after the traveler checks out of the hotel. There are three collection statuses:

• Collected — The hotel invoice is available and can be downloaded.
• Collecting — This usually takes up to 5 days after checkout, but Perk tries to collect up to 30 days.
• Can't collect — This may be due to technical issues, legal restrictions, or the hotel not responding.

Download from the Billing page

1. Go to the Invoices page
2. Look for the billing statement that the trip is under. The Document ID starts with INV-03.
3. Click the three dots next to the Download button and select View invoice collection status. This opens a side panel with the collected invoices for this Billing Statement.
   
4. Click the download symbol next to the relevant invoice.
   

Download from the Invoice Collection Report

You can also download invoices directly from the Invoice Collection report, which is useful when you're already reviewing collection data and want to save a specific invoice without changing pages.

Download a single invoice

1. Go to Reporting > Invoice Collection Report.
2. Open the Supplier invoice table.
3. Find the invoice you want to download.
4. Click the link to save the PDF.

Download multiple invoices in bulk

To download a large number of invoice PDFs at once — for example, for month-end closing or audit evidence — use the bulk download feature in the Invoice Collection Report. This creates a ZIP file containing all invoice PDFs that match your selected filters. For step-by-step instructions, see Download hotel invoice PDFs in bulk.
