View FlexiTravel credit balances and transactions

Only travelers (employee role) and company admins can perform this task.
When a trip is canceled and FlexiTravel has been added to the booking, Perk refunds a percentage of the booking cost as travel credit for future travel. For more details, see Understanding FlexiTravel.

Viewing your credit balance

Your FlexiTravel credit balance appears directly on your payment profile card in your Perk wallet. The balance is made up of trip refunds and credit top-ups applied to that profile.

Note: Your credit balance only appears on the card when you have a balance greater than 0. If no credits have been issued to a profile, no balance indicator is shown.

To view your FlexiTravel credit balance as a traveler:

  1. Go to Profile > Wallet.
  2. Find the personal payment profile card you want to check.
  3. View the credit balance displayed to the right of the card number.

Note: FlexiTravel credits can only be used on future Perk bookings. They're not withdrawable as cash.

Viewing personal profile credit balances

Admins can see the FlexiTravel credit balance for every personal payment profile in their company, including profiles belonging to offboarded users.

To view personal payment profile credit balances as an admin:

  1. Go to Settings > Account > Payment profiles.
  2. Find the personal payment profile you want to check.
  3. View the credit balance shown alongside the profile in the list.

Note: If you need to transfer credits between profiles, contact your Account Manager. Self-serve credit transfers aren't available yet.

Viewing credit transactions

The Credit transactions tab on any personal payment profile gives both travelers and admins a full history of credits in and out for that profile.

Travelers — to view credit transactions for your personal payment profile:

  1. Go to Profile > Wallet.
  2. Click into the payment card you want to review.
  3. Select the Credit transactions tab.

Admins — to view credit transactions for a personal payment profile:

  1. Go to Settings > Account > Payment profiles.
  2. Click the name of the profile you want to review.
  3. Select the Credit transactions tab.

Note: If no credits have been issued to a profile, the Credit transactions tab shows an empty state. Any refunds paid in credit to a profile will appear here once processed.
