Use this article to change an Airbnb booking you've already made on Perk, such as new dates, extras, or guest names. You manage the change yourself from your trip, and Perk's Customer Care team completes it with the host.
Changing your Airbnb booking
Changing an Airbnb booking in Perk starts from Manage trip on the Trips page. If your booking is refundable, you can request new dates. If your booking is non-refundable, Perk shows you the change options that are available.
- Go to the Trips page.
- Find the Airbnb booking you want to change and select Manage trip.
- Select the part of the trip you want to change.
- Select Change booking dates or one of the other change options.
- Enter the new dates or follow the instructions for your selected change option.
From Manage trip, you can also cancel the booking, add or change extras, or correct guest names. For example, if Sarah needs to move her Airbnb stay by 2 days, she selects Change booking dates and enters her new check-in and check-out dates.
Note: One of our travel experts might need to contact the host to complete the change.
What happens after you request a change
After you request a change to an Airbnb booking in Perk, the Customer Care team confirms the new price with the provider and books the change if it fits your company's travel policy. When the change is complete, we let the booker and all travelers know.
If the change is out of policy or unavailable, Perk asks for approval or contacts you to look at alternatives.
