Set your office and home address for expenses

Setting your current office address and your home address in your Perk account saves you time for future trips, as they are used as the default starting point for trip expenses and mileage claims, depending on your company’s settings.

Perk supports these types of addresses:

  • Full addresses—for example, Förrlibuckstrasse 181, 8005 Zürich.
  • Establishment—for example, Zürich Airport (ZRH).
  • Regions—for example, Westminster, London.
  • Cities—for example, Zürich, Amsterdam.

To set your office and home address on the Perk website:

  1. In the bottom right corner, click Profile.
  2. Select Your profile.
  3. Go to the Personal tab, and under Contact information, click Edit.
  4. Add your home address and select your office address from the drop-down list.
  5. Click Save.

To set your office address on the Perk app:

  1. In the top right corner, tap your profile picture.
  2. Under Setting, tap Expense settings.
  3. Tap Home address and enter your home address.
  4. Tap Office address and selec your office address from the list.
  5. Tap Save.

Note: You can only select office addresses that have already been added to the company that you are a part of. 

Only account admins can add addresses to your account.  If the required office address does not appear in the dropdown list, reach out to your Perk admin.
