Booking an Airbnb on Perk for the first time

If it’s your first time booking an Airbnb on Perk, before submitting your request, you need to complete the following: 

  • At least one traveler must have an Airbnb account. If none of the travelers on your trip have an Airbnb account, you’ll need to create one before requesting to book. For more information, go to Airbnb’s Help Center.
     
  • Make sure your Airbnb account is verified to avoid issues with the booking. For more information, go to Airbnb’s Help Center.
     
  • You’ll need to authorize Perk to make bookings on your behalf.

Authorize Perk to make bookings on your behalf

  1. Sign in to your Airbnb account.
  2. In the top right corner, click the menu next to your profile picture and select Account settings.

  3. Select Travel for work.

  4. Enter your work email and click Add work email.

  5. Go to your inbox, open the email from Airbnb, and click Confirm work email.

  6. Go back to Airbnb, and you’ll see that your work email has been added. Next to Booking permissions, click Manage.

  7. Under People who can book trips for you, click Add a travel booker.

  8. Enter trips@travelperk.com and click Send request.

  9. Submit your Airbnb booking request following the instructions on Book an Airbnb on Perk.
