Note: Before you can use your Perk Card, you need to activate it.

Finding your cards

Your Perk Cards live in a different spot depending on whether you're on the web app or the mobile app.

In the web app, go to Cards in the left-hand navigation—it's its own item, alongside Travel, Events, and Spend. Use the tabs above your card preview to switch between your cards, for example "Physical 4512" or "Virtual 4512 (Frozen)".

In the mobile app, tap the card icon in the top right corner to open Cards.

A card's status badge can read Frozen, Draft, or Needs activation. If a card needs activation, select it to see the Activate card button. To learn more, see Activate your Perk Card.

Viewing your card details and spending limit

Your Perk Card shows its own details and spending limit right where you manage the card.

You can view your card number, expiration date, and CVV. To learn more, see Show your card details.

Next to your card preview, the spending limit panel shows your available balance against your monthly limit, when the limit resets and how many days are left, and separate amounts for what you've spent and what's still pending. To learn more, see Spend controls.

Looking up or changing your PIN

PIN features are only for physical Perk Cards—virtual cards don't have a PIN.

If you have a physical card, you can look up your card PIN or change your PIN from the web app or mobile app.

Freezing your card

Freezing your Perk Card stops new transactions right away, so it's a quick way to protect your card if something feels off.

You can freeze your card at any time. If your card admin lets you, you can unfreeze it again just as easily.

Reviewing and matching your transactions

Every purchase on your Perk Card shows up in your transaction list, each one with a Matched or Not matched badge so you can see at a glance which ones still need an expense.

Your transactions are listed in a table right on the Cards page — no separate page to visit. To learn more, see Matching transactions to your expenses.

Reporting a card as lost or stolen

If your Perk Card is lost or stolen, you can report it directly in Perk.

Your card admin gets notified and can issue you a new card. To learn more, see Report a card as lost or stolen.

Requesting more cards

If your company lets you, you can request more Perk Cards directly in Perk.

Your card admin needs to approve the request, whether it's for a physical, virtual, or single-use card. To learn more, see Request a card.

Getting support

If you run into an issue with your Perk Card, you can reach out for help directly from Perk. To learn more, see Get support.
